Ms. Chen was previously Senior Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan Chase&Co., Vice President at China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Ltd., Executive Vice President at Hebron Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Chen has extensive experience in restructuring, merging and acquiring entire divisions of other companies with the aim of improving a company’s capital structure and future profit growth. Ms. Chen also has expertise in asset management and portfolio risk management in the following asset classes: equities, fixed-income, cash liquidity, foreign exchange, real estate and alternative investments.
